Changing the Domain Nameservers

If you have acquired a domain name (without webhosting service/cpanel) from us and would like to point it to another hosting provider, or just moved your site to another provider, you will need to change the nameservers of your domain to connect (point) it to your webhost.

To change the nameservers:

(1) Login to your account on https://clients.primehost.com.au/.

(2) Go to "Domains -> My Domains" and click on [Active] under the domain status.

(3) Use the "Nameservers" option from the left side menu, to change where your domain points to.

Also note:

- Domain transfers for AU domains usually take 2 days to complete. It take about one week for most other domains (ie. .com, .net, etc).

- The "Private Nameservers" option is also available if you need to create and manage custom nameservers for your domain.
