Accessing Email via email client application

Our mail server support both IMAP & POP3, and can be accessed from all common email client programs such as outlook on computers and smartphones.

IMAP OR POP3:
Choosing IMAP keeps the emails on the server even after receiving and reading them, but over time can use a considerable amount of space if you get a lot of email. POP3 access means the email is deleted from the server once your email program has received it, which frees up that space in your hosting account.

EMAIL CLIENT SETUP (SSL Recommended):

Username:         FULL email address

Password:          Your email password

Incoming Server:              mail.yourdomain.com

IMAP Port: 993, POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server:              mail.yourdomain.com

SMTP Port: 465

Server requires authentication for outgoing mail
