As part of our commitment to provide the most reliable service, on Saturday 10 Feb 2024, your hosting account, which uses the server S1001.syd7 will be relocated to a new server. This is to ensure all our servers remain balanced so we can provide the best possible service.
The new server (S1256.syd1) IP address is 192.250.232.10
Please note that the old server hostname will also be redirected to the new server.
However there will be an IP change (from OLD IP: 172.105.178.19 to NEW IP 192.250.232.10).
If you use our nameservers: You do not need to do anything from your side.
If you do NOT use our nameservers or for some reason you have defined an A record somewhere using the old IP, you will need to update your A record to the new IP shown above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please only make changes once we announced that the upgrade is complete.
