Dear Clients,

Following our announcement regarding the server maintenance on Tue-Wed 24/25 October that could cause excess downtime for the server that hosting your account, we have arranged to implement a solution to avoid the downtime.

We are therefore working to first migrate the affected servers to a secondary cloud provider on Sunday 22nd October, and then at a later stage we will migrate the accounts to another new hardware which has recently been delivered to Sydney. 

So that there will be no disruption during Monday/Tuesday business hours. 

Actions that might be needed from your side: 

  • If you use our DNS you do not need to do anything else.
  • If you use CNAMEs pointed to our server hostnames, no changes are needed as these will be redirected to the new systems once the migrations are completed. 
  • However if you use external DNS, please update your IPs to 172.105.178.19 

Please ignore any issues that may notice during Sunday 22/10/2023 and check your accounts once the migration is completed and if there are any queries our team is on standby to help.
